Your Card on File
Your credit card information is securely stored in our encrypted payment system. Your card is not charged at the time of booking — it is held on file to confirm your appointment.
When Your Card May Be Charged

Exceptions
We understand that life happens. Management may waive fees in cases of:
- Documented medical emergencies
- Severe weather conditions
- Bereavement
